The core of Telefono Azzurro Onlus’ activity is the telephone counselling service. The national call center is operative 24 hours a day for 365 days a year and its national helplines receive thousands of calls everyday from all over Italy.

1.96.96 - The toll free number for children aged up to 14 years who wish to report abuse and mistreatment or discuss problems or difficulties.

199.15.15.15 – The toll free number for teenagers aged over 14 and adults (parents, teachers and professionals working with children) wishing to report suspected abuse or to ask for advice and assistance in handling situations that involve the mistreatment of children.
