Becoming an au-pair in Luxembourg

You have to be careful as there is no legal status for au-pairs in Luxembourg. So every person, who wants to exercise this activity needs to pay the Social Security. People coming from non-EU countries don't get a work permit, neither a resident's permit. For further information you can contact the Youth Information Center:
