Youth information services in Serbia are mostly provided by youth organizations.

ONO organization has initiated, and realized a survey about informational needs of young people in Novi Sad, in cooperation with TIM Agency.
The survey has included four groups: secondary school pupils, students, unemployed and employed young people, 15 to 30 years old.
As a conclusion of a survey, we can accentuate that young people express their need to be able to access information relevant to them more easily. As much as 91 % of young responders finds that Novi Sad should have a place/service that would provide all information for young people and 83 % of them finds that the information addressed to young people are not accessible enough.
