Travelling by bus - National connections

The bus is the cheapest solution to travel, but the service is not very frequent and turns out to be less comfortable and fast than the train.

There is not a real national system of bus companies.

The main lines operate mostly within the regional borders with service stations in the main cities that connect the main cities to the smallest centres, to the surrounding agricultural and mountainous zones.

Generally buses are punctual.
