Study year
Foreign citizens and European Union Member State citizens do not have the possibility of obtaining a room in a student hall of residence.
In finding accommodation you can be assisted by private agencies dealing in purchase, sale or lease of real estate. We advise you to:
place an advertisement in a newspaper (in the "oglasnik" advertising magazines, daily papers, on the Web, etc.);
look for adverts in newspapers (e.g. daily newspapers, advertising magazines, the Web, etc.)! If you decide to rent a flat, an agreement with its owner - which needs to be authenticated by a notary - is usually concluded. It is harder to find suitable rooms at reasonable prices in September and October, so it makes sense to rent a room or apartment a few months in advance.
