Nederlands praten.. [Speaking Dutch]:
There is no real need to learn Dutch if you’re coming to the Netherlands for a short stay, because almost everybody in the Netherlands speaks at least a little English and most people also understand French and German. If you are having plans to study or work in the Netherlands then it will be very handy if you speak at least a bit Dutch to enlarge your possibilities. There are several web pages where you can study Dutch online.

This started as a television programme for migrants and today offers a free basic course for basic vocabulary and common situations. Type in your (first) name under registreren and you get a 6 digit code you will need to log on.

The online Crash-course Dutch for distance learners: www.learndutch.org
The www.roc.nl (Regional Education Centre) in every town offers courses NT2 (Dutch as second language) and there are also a lot of commercial courses offered.
The Delftse Methode - learn intensive Dutch at TU Delft:
The IT&C of TU Delft offers intensive Dutch language courses 4 times a year, and extensive (evening) courses 4 times a year, both for students and others. In addition, they also offer a summer course for native speakers of German and Scandinavian Languages.
In 45 lessons you will learn more than 2300 words and word forms in coherent texts.
No knowledge of Dutch whatsoever is required. Your future proficiency level will be A2. The beginnerscourse (the "green book") is now also available as a webbased course! You can also follow different correspondence courses in the Netherlands. Not only for courses for e.g. hobbies but also for vocational and higher professional education, even at University level. Some of them are acknowledged by Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschappen. They also offer a wide range of language courses for at home! Nederlands 1 (beginners, level A1):
Last but not least every www.volksuniversiteit.nl offers language courses. It is open to everyone and courses are cheap and filled qickly. You can choose between 30 languages and some 2000 creative courses as well. They offer courses for A1 (level 1), A2 (level 2), B1 (level 3), B2 (level 4) en C1 (level 5). If you choose for the intensive courses you can finish two levels within one year.
