If you are a victim

In case of theft, you must report it to your local police station. Once the complaint has been filed ("Procès Verbal"), you must contact your insurance company and send all the documents necessary for the reimbursement of stolen objects.  Important: keep all proofs of value of your belongings (bills, photographs, films...).   If your credit card has been stolen, you should immediately call to stop the card. Loss of documents Report it to your local police station and at the Consulate or Embassy of your country. A "Procès verbal" will be established at the police station. You will get  temporary documents on the bases of this report and later new ones.
