In case of theft, you must report it to your local police station. Once the complaint has been filed ("Procès Verbal"), you must contact your insurance company and send all the documents necessary for the reimbursement of stolen objects.  Important: keep all proofs of value of your belongings (bills, photographs, films...).   If your credit card has been stolen, you should immediately call to stop the card.
