Health Care & Social Security
When there is no accute emergency but you are in need of medical attention, you should first contact your local health care centre. Usually when you call the health care centre, your need for treatment can be assessed by the health care centre personnell other than the doctor. If it is necessary for you to see a doctor, you will have an appointment within three working days. To be treated in a hospital, you must have a doctor’s referral.
