Mediterranean climate along the coast with sunny beaches with riviera, salina, karst and it's colourful caves, than lush vineyards and fields of sunflowers inland. Virgin forests, snow capped mountains and sky resorts. Countryside is calling for hickers ond bikers for there are lots of marked routes available. Spa and wellness centers with nourishing spring water are inviting. Lakes and rivers make walleys a beautiful photo moment. They are also great for sport activities.

For those who want to be really close to nature, ecotourism is welcoming.

You'll find all this plus old gothic cathedrals, baroque palaces, churches on the hills surrounded by meadow and trees. There is a great number of castels just waiting to be discovered. Old city centers blossom rich historical herritage with museums and galleries they are a true treasure holders.

There is a number of festivals going on: art festivals, music festivals, film festivals, to middle ages festival and more. Fairs are quite popular.

Places to party are very alive, countless nights can be very well spent. Artists are performing on a large scale. From famous and emerging DJs to jazz improvisations, from rock to heavy metal, from etno music to classic masterpieces.
